Daily Cleaning (Takes 60 Seconds)

Mask Cushion

Wipe it with warm water and mild soap to remove oil, makeup, and sweat.
This helps maintain a good seal and prevents skin irritation.

Humidifier Chamber

Empty leftover water, rinse it, and leave it out to dry.
Stale water leads to mineral buildup and odor.

Weekly Cleaning (The Full Reset)

Hose

Soak it in warm, soapy water.
Rinse well, hang over a shower rod, and let it drip dry completely.

Mask

Take it apart and wash all removable pieces with mild soap.
Avoid harsh chemicals—these break down silicone.

Humidifier

Wash with warm water and soap.
If you see mineral deposits, use a vinegar rinse (1 part vinegar to 3 parts water).

Machine Exterior

Wipe the outside with a damp cloth.
Never submerge the machine, and never pour water inside.

Filters

Check weekly.
Replace disposable filters every 2–4 weeks, or more often if you have pets, dust, or allergies.

With a simple routine, CPAP cleaning becomes quick, easy, and stress-free helping you breathe easier, sleep better, and stay healthier over time.
